Welcome to the MiT Program... Runners and walkers welcome! No need to train for 26.2 miles by yourself .... join MIT and train with hundreds of other runners and walkers! 98% of all MIT participants who have started a marathon, have finished their target marathon! Whether you are a couch-potato, walker, casual jogger, or marathon veteran, the MiT program is the most enjoyable, most inspiring, and most efficient way to get in the best shape of your life. Although the marathon has the reputation of being one of the toughest athletic events, it is actually one of the easier recreational sports to train for... provided one has enough time, knowledge, and desire. Utilizing knowledge, time and motivation we can train anyone and everyone who has the desire to run and finish a marathon. Over the course of the program (4-5 months) the MiT program will gradually and properly train participants of all fitness levels to finish a marathon! Though many of our participants will have run marathons before, the program is designed to accommodate all skill levels! Not up for 26.2 miles yet? Click here for info on our 1/2 'mini' marathon training group! So let's go! Join us this season and begin the journey to your Fall marathon! Components of MiT
