About the Run for 1 in 110 5KThe “Run for 1 in 110” was started by the Stynchula Family Foundation as another way to raise awareness surrounding Autism Spectrum Disorders. Through the year, the Stynchula Foundation hosts several events to raise funds for therapy supplies, low cost community education programming, no cost access to community resources provided by the Autism resourse coordinators, and much more for the Center for Autism Spectrum Disorders at Nationwide Children's hospital in Columbus, Ohio. Since the inception of the Foundation’s efforts in 1999 to present, we have raised over $175,000.00. Other 2011 Events include a Soap Box Derby on June 11, Football and Cheerleading Camp at Grove City High School on August 21 and Golf Outing and Silent Auction at Pinnacle on August 22. Stynchula Family Foundation is a 501(c)3 non-profit organization with a mission of continuing to raise funds to support the treatment and research for children with autism, as well as to expand into supporting other causes that could enhance children's lives.
