About the Spring Fitness 5K

Spring into the fun for our 3rd Annual 5K Walk/Run! Age group awards, race shirt and awesome post race snacks.

Proceeds from the 5K Walk/Run will provide services to adults served by the Licking County Board of Developmental Disabilities.

  • Race day registration opens: 8:00AM
  • Start time: 9:00AM
  • Location: OSU/COTC Newark Campus - 1179 University Drive - Newark OH 43055
  • Parking: Available at Adena Hall, Reese Center and parking lot off of Sharon Valley Road
  • Entry Fees:
    • $15 through March 1st
    • $20 March 2nd - April 21st
    • $25 April 22nd and 23rd
    • ages 5 and under are free
  • How to register:

    • Walk-In registrations will also be accepted at LICCO, Inc. located at 600 Industrial Parkway, Heath, Ohio, 43056 (check made payable to LICCO, Inc.)

  • Shirts: Technical race shirts are guaranteed to the first 150 registered participants, and cotton t-shirts to the next 100

  • Early Packet Pickup: Will be at LICCO, Inc., 600 Industrial Parkway, Heath, Ohio, 43056 3-6pm Thursday, April 21st, 2011

Awards

Awards will be given to the top three male and female finishers as well as the top female and male in the following age groups: 15 and under,16-19,20-29, 30-39, 40-49,50-59, and 60 and older

LICCO, Inc works with Licking County Board of Developmental Disabilities to provide opportunities that promote independence. We offer a variety of jobs and trainings in the workshop and the community. Employment is a vital part of the lives of people with disabilities in Licking County.
