Download a form to mail in by CLICKING HERE or register online above. All paid participants will receive an event shirt and post race refreshements. Children may participate with parents in the 1 mile fun walk for free - they do not need to register and will not receive an event t-shirt. Team entries are encouraged. Teams entries must be minimum of 5 and maximum of 10. Only the top 5 time scores will be captured in calculating team performance. TEAMS = SAVINGS - The cost for team entries is only $20.00 per person. Team entries must be mailed using this form (PLEASE CLICK)..... Be sure to include entry fee and payment. Checks may be made out to BIAOH and mailed to: Brain Injury Association of Ohio Event Activities include: DonationsThose who are not able to participate in the Run & Walk event are invited to celebrate the achievements of people living with the aftermath of brain injury or to make a tribute to someone who has sustained a brain injury by making a donation. These may be mailed to: Sponsorship OpportunitiesWalker/Runner SPONSORSHIP OPPORTUNITIES: Participants can increase their contribution to the Brain Injury Association of Ohio by signing up race personal sponsors. Participants are encouraged to contact family members, friends, co-workers, or associates and ask them to sponsor their run/walk with a monetary donation in their behalf. These additional donations help to raise vital funds to support the needs of individuals with brain injury and their families as well as produce prevention programs throughout Ohio.
