About the 2010 Cambridge Run & Countryside Ride

Join us for the 2010 Cambridge Run and Countryside Ride! The 5K and 10K course will run through downtown Cambridge. There is also a 5K walk along side the 5K run. The scenic bike ride will start in downtown Cambridge and ride out to Salt Fork State Park and back. Bike ride participants will choose between a 25 mile course or a 45 mile course. Lunch will be provided at the beach for riders.

• Date: Saturday, July 31,  2010
• Location: Cambridge, Ohio
• Time: 8:00am 5K/10K start time, 10:30am 25 & 45 Mile bike ride start time
• Entry Fee:
  • 5K/10K - $15 if postmarked or registered online by the July 20, $18 July 21 through race day, July 31.
• Bike Ride, both distances- $20 if postmarked or registered online by July 20, $22 July 21 through race day, July 31.
• Awards:
  • Age Groups: 14 & Under, 15-19, 20-24, 25-29, 30-34, 35-39, 40-44, 45-49, 50-54, 55-59, 60-64, and 65 and over.
  • Trophies will be given to 1st, 2nd and 3rd Male and Female winners and in each age category.
  • There will be no trophies for the fun run.

  • Race Day starting at 6:45am for the 5K/10K and 9:30am for the Bike Ride.

  • 5K/10K: T-shirt to pre-registered participants, others while supplies last.
  • Bike Ride: T-shirt to pre-registered participants, lunch and refreshments at the finish
